1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or submitting commercial procurement requests on https://zoobafoods.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and applicable international export-import laws and Incoterms (ICC rules).
2. Export Quotations & Validity
All prices quoted via RFQ, email, or formal Proforma Invoices (PI) are subject to commodity price fluctuations, ocean freight rates, currency exchange movements, and crop availability until formal contract signing and financial instruments (e.g. Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight / Advance TT) are established.
3. Quality & Pre-Shipment Inspection
Quality parameters shall conform strictly to the written contract specifications agreed upon by both parties. Pre-shipment inspection by international testing agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) may be conducted at the port of origin prior to container sealing.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes arising out of contracts entered into with Zooba Foods shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
